Product Warranty
General Conditions of Warranty:
OONA KIDS SRL, as the seller, guarantees the quality of the purchased products. The commercial warranty period for clothing products is 30 days from the purchase date. Under normal usage conditions, these products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period equal to the average usage duration of 30 days from the purchase date.
This commercial warranty certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of goods and associated guarantees, republished and amended by Government Ordinance no. 9/2016, and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished and amended.
The consumer rights provided by law (including the legal conformity warranty under art. 2(e¹), together with art. 16 and 16² of Law no. 449/2003) are not affected by the commercial warranty. Consumers are hereby directly informed that the average usage duration of the product is 30 days from purchase. Therefore, the legal conformity warranty is limited to this period in accordance with art. 16² of Law no. 449/2003.
For corporate buyers, only the 30-day commercial warranty applies.
To benefit from the commercial or legal warranty, strict compliance with the usage instructions below is required. Note that, over time and with wear, all products will show signs of use, which are not considered defects covered by warranty.
To validate the warranty, the following must be provided:
the purchase receipt or invoice;
all original product accessories.
Failure to provide these may lead to a refusal to grant the warranty until the necessary documents are presented.
Unjustified warranty claims may incur fees for return shipping and inspection costs. Products claimed to have hidden defects will be subject to expert evaluation. The warranty is valid only within Romania. The warranty period is extended by the time elapsed from the complaint date to the resolution date, including expert review time. A new warranty certificate will be issued if the product is replaced.
