FREE RETURNS
Return Conditions
In accordance with Government Ordinance 34/2014:
You can return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in the condition in which you received it: unwashed, unused, with the original tags attached, and in the original, undamaged packaging.
The product must match the one specified in the return form.
If the product does not meet the return conditions upon inspection, we will contact you to inform you.
How does the return process work?
Follow the steps below:
1. Fill in the online form
Complete the return form for each product you wish to return. Include your order number and the email address used for the order.
2. How does the product get to us?
We send the courier to your address
Enter your pick-up address for the returned products in the return form.
Pack the product securely to ensure protection during transport. Do not stick the courier label directly on the product packaging.
The courier will come with the label already printed and will stick it to the package.
3. Refund
The return processing time is 3–14 days from the moment the product reaches us and we have all the necessary information for the refund.
As return shipping is covered by the customer, the transport cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are made depending on the payment method used for the online order:
Card – The amount will be refunded to the same card via the payment processor. The amount will be visible in your account depending on your card type and your bank's processing time.
Bank transfer – We will transfer the amount to the bank account specified in the return form.
Missing bank account information (IBAN and account holder) in the return form will delay the refund.
Product Exchanges
If the size you chose doesn’t fit or you want a different product, you can exchange items, subject to stock availability. Contact us via phone/email/WhatsApp/Messenger and we’ll handle the exchange.
